British artist Hush creates surprising works that use graffiti, collage and mixed techniques, in which he brings to life a traditional Japanese figure: the geisha. Mixing new techniques with tradition can be risky, but the artist's portraits, visible in the streets and in art galleries in Asia, Europe and the United States, transcend barriers. Listed as one of the 'Top 20 Up and Coming Artists' of 2016 by The Independent, Hush was born in Newcastle, Great Britain. Today he lives and works in Newcastle. He studied graphic design at the Newcastle School of Art and Design for 5 years.
